Hi Athletes!
I just finished my Strength & Stamina journey and was about to start the Hybrid Gains journey. I have never done proper weighted training before (only bouts of a week or two a couple years ago) The journey requires use of barbell and the weights assigned are mentioned to be inclusive of the barbell.
Now I'm nonplussed when the weights assigned by Coach are like 12kg or so because the specified olympic barbell itself weighs 20kg. How can the assigned weights be inclusive if the barbell then? Please suggest me how to proceed now!
