Need this rearranged to look nice on Razer Panthera (not EVO)

My Photoshop-fu is not up for the task unfortunately and I can't figure out a nice way to rearrange the image so that half of it isn't cut off/covered by the panthera control panel at the top middle. Ideally would like transparent background if not then black is fine. Every time I try to change the background I end up screwing up all the characters that are comprised of any white whatsoever.
