Can't send sms messages s10

Wondering if anyone has a solution that worked for this. All of a sudden sending SMS message stopped working. I cleaned the message cache, deleted all my texts, turned on and off airplane mode. Factory reset the phone. Enabled wifi calling so I can disable wifi calling. I think I have done everything I could find via google. The message center number is correct. So I reach out to see if anyone has other ideas. Oh switched sims with an older phone no texting still 🤷‍♀️

Edit: It started working again. No idea why. Thanks for everyone who responded to my post.
