How does Freedom Mobile service work in Etobicoke and some other questions before I switch

I am currently a customer of Public Mobile for about 2 years, on the $40 for 5gigs plan, and I noticed Freedom has an offer for 11gigs for $35. I am considering switching but I just have a few questions first.

How does the coverage work in Etobicoke, around the Kipling and Dundas area? I know there's a coverage map, but I just wanted some real-life experience.

For the 1gig plan 10gb promo, does the promo last forever or is it a first-month promotion only?

How does the coverage work in areas near Quebec and Montreal?

If I travel into a "Nationwide" area, do I still get to use my Freedom data?
