Hi, I'm looking to turn to Reddit to get some help to hopefully choose a phone, I've been asking & posting some options on the Linus Tech Tips forums & on the Android Central forums but not getting much, if any help so I'm hoping Reddit will be more helpful.

Edit: I can't get a $0 phone from Freedom right now & I'd be looking at something in the $40 to $47.50/month range. I tried to get the Moto G7 Power about 3 weeks ago for $60 upfront on the Freedom 500MB plan for $25/month $10 MyTab for $35/month (just checked though & currently $0 with $0 MyTab on a $25 plan), but failed the credit check. I was told I could make a $50 deposit & try again in 5-6 months, my understanding after asking around is that it would be a deposit account, make the deposit & either buy a phone outright or bring my own phone to go on a postpaid plan & if I keep the account in good standing for about 6 months i'd be given a $500 MyTab limit to get a phone through them, so considering I'd likely be able to find a used phone with better specs than the Moto E5 Play/E6 or ZTE Z557, i'm looking for help choosing a used phone.
