Would the Vernee Mix 2 work on Freedom?

I can't really get a definitive answer on if this phone will work with the 3G bands. I am in Vancouver, so LTE is probably incompatible. It is a preorder from China, so no way to test it beforehand. Any help would be appreciated. :)
The phone lists the following supported bands:
2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 900/2100MHz
4G: FDD-LTE 800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz
