Beginner looking for advice to improve my breathhold.

I recently got into freediving and started working on my dry apnea.
I thought I couldn't hold my breath more than 2 minutes but I actually got to 4 minutes in a week!
I don't really know where to go from there though, don't want to push it too hard too fast. I would be grateful for any advice or "training program".
