Does anyone know what happens if you let your Pinchme feedback expire?

I've been super busy lately and I just realized that a handful of my surveys expired. I've been using pinchme for over a year now and I'd be really disappointed if I just ruined my chance of getting any more samples from them by being forgetful.
I sent Pinchme an email asking for clarification on this, but in my experience they take a little while to respond, so I thought I'd ask over here while I wait.
