[CS:GO][US-East] MG2 looking for other GNM-MGEs to play with that won't troll, throw, or bait

I have a few friends from here and other places that I queue with, but I'd like to have more. You don't have to be the best, as long as you actually play to win.
Even a person that can't hit a single shot can be a huge help to the team with callouts. I'm just looking to have people to play with that won't make me derank or hate the CSGO community. The ideal would be to be able to get a 5 queue going at any time we choose to play.
