Democrats seen to be moving from areas the screw up by electing politicians that raise property tax, suffocate businesses, and ruin the quality of life. Then they move to a more pleasing area and do it all over again.

As an independent voter I choose to be fiscally responsible. Democrats do just fine with regards to most social issues but fail miserably with being fiscally responsible. Hence why Northern VA and Montgomery County residents are relocating to places like Frederick. But why turn where you're moving to into what you left? Just stay put. That doesn't make any sense to me.
So not going to PA and I'll continue to live in Maryland. I choose to be an educated voter and don't blind follow the D. I refuse to be a sheep for any political party. You should just stay and wallow with your mistakes, rather than moving and ruining it for others.
