Best Romantic First Date Spot?

I have a first date planned for next Friday with a woman i've been crushing on for almost 2 years. I am thrilled at this chance. I want to find a romantic, cozy place to sit together, eat, have a drink or two, and talk. I've gone through Google suggestions, but it really isn't helping. I liked the lounge at Hooch, but it looked like I would have trouble getting a spot there.
Any other suggestions?
