I’m hoping to find a group of individuals that would be interested in getting together every couple weeks to a month to discuss different topics. On the political spectrum I would like to discuss the effects of big corporations and the billionaires that own them on our political system, the effect of religion on politics, politics and climate change, changes to voters rights over the years, current events, immigration, and pretty much anything else honestly.

On the non-political spectrum I am interested in learning more about foraging plants and fungi (I forage fungi now but am always looking to learn more), innovations in science and mathematics, how will AI effect our lives positively and negatively, how much humans lives have changed since the Industrial Revolution, and plenty more.

I would be open to starting on video chats but would like to meet in person eventually. Also fine with talking one on one doesn’t have to be a group scenario. If you are interested please reach out. Also, full disclosure, I am a liberal who is more than happy to have civil discourse with people of all political backgrounds. Hoping to find some people willing to go for it, we really need to talk to each other before we become even more divided.
