Having a roomate move out at the end of this month and we are seeking a 4th roomate to move in. We currently have 4 young adult men living in a 3 story townhome in the villages of Urbana. We have 1 room available on the 3rd floor. This is 1 of the 2 smaller rooms. The rooms share 1 bathroom and everyone shared main floor kitchen and dining area. Because of the smaller room you will have the benefit of parking in the garage which is can fit 2 cars. Rent is pretty cheap in comparison to most places around.
