I want to get a job in IT, so I need tips for that. I know you've been posting a lot about tech jobs already but I'd like an opinion specific to my situation. I don't have a degree, can I still a job in Tech? I did a 2 year diploma (computer Information systems) that had programming courses as well as other courses like networking, DBMS etc. I couldn't get a co-op intership because I didn't know about it much at that time. So I didn't get any job during college. And even after 1 and half year of completing study, I still couldn't get a job in tech???? Not even a Help desk role. I'm currently learning programming again to polish my skills and learn more languages. But I had thoughts of going back college again too, to etiher get a degree or co-op (but that option is not easy for me because I have to work full time for paying my bills (I live in Vancouver). Please advise me how to get a job in tech? I'm ready to start as help desk but eventually want to get to soft. Dev. Position. (For which I'm learning online to get better) I commented a lot on the Tiktok videos but never got reply. Trying my luck here.
