Pre-ordered a framework last year, but the bank account was closed due to identity theft in January, I had already bought another laptop by the (eventual) release.

Asked for some swag to wear around the office as they can't refund to any account other than the one used to pre-order, I still like Framework as a company. Hat would be like $24, they'd pocket $76. Free advertising for Framework and a good experience, win/win. The bank won't talk to me as the account was used for fraud.

Instead, I received tough luck, contact your bank email, this was after two other agents told me to reply with proof that my bank account was closed.

Enjoy the free $100, please put it towards improving these systems and agent training (genuinely, I want to see Framework succeed).
