Lattafa Ramz silver

So I bought Ramz silver & it just came today. I sprayed a bit on my wrist, all I'm getting is powder. That's all I'm smelling is baby powder. I've smelt JPG ultra male and it was amazing. I was told this was closest to the og since the recent batches of 9pm are not giving the same scent anymore.
Should I just see if it changes scent over time or give it away?
