Do any fragrances you own have weird side effects?

I remember reading an article like this a few months ago, during a round of bored Googling, saying that CK Obsession is used to attract tigers. I swear to God, whenever I wear it and go to friends who own cats, it attracts them too.
Even apparently asocial cats just come and be social with my '80s-scented self. It didn't make sense until recently.
Made me wonder, has anyone found other strange effects, on themselves or other things in the wide world, from their choice of fragrance?
