Plastic tube doesn’t reach the base of the bottle.

Has anyone else seen this in any of the bottles they own? The end of the tube is just millimetres away from touching the base to the bottle.
I’ve noticed this in more recent Frederic Malle’s - with the ingredients peel away sticker on the bottom of the bottle.
