Why do Arab/ME perfume houses work with Europeans?

Post Body

This is more of a social/historic thing. Arabs were historically great at perfumery, and they practically invented Oud and similar stuff.

Despite that, why do contemporary houses like Swiss Arabian and such, have European perfumers making their perfumes?

I have been trying both European houses and middle eastern houses, and honestly, at least in terms of longevity, ME perfumes seem to surpass European ones in almost every case, that too at a fraction of a price

N.B. no hatred or bias here, simple curiosity. Do let me know if I am missing some important contexts
