I am having a hard time not buying more perfumes with sandalwood as a main note. I love how soothing and calm it is. It goes well with so many notes. It is my happy place.
Here are a few of my favorites. If you have any I should try I would've to hear about them.
Piano Santal this is a beautiful perfume. It makes me feel like being hugged by a warm cloud. It lasts a long time. Do not trust paper, this needs skin to open up. https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/L-Orchestre-Parfum/Piano-Santal-57336.html
Aman is gorgeous. It smells like cherries initially then the vanilla and rubarb open up and evenly it calms down to allow the sandalwood to shine. This has a goood sillage I was outside and my friend could smell it from 5 feet away. I had 4-5 sprays on. Lasts on skin 5-7 hours and on clothing a solid 30 hours. This feels a little more feminine to me. https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Noeme/Aman-79265.html
Reflection Man, this is bright and soothing. I feel like the sandalwood is not really noticable, but it keeps all the floral and pepper in check. https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Amouage/Reflection-Man-920.html
Smart is soft, powdery, smooth, and beautiful. It has a bit of suede and the sandalwood is understated. It anchors all these notes. This lasts forever! I cannot recommend this house enough. https://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Andrea-Maack/Smart-10649.html
Y'all have a great day.
I don’t have too many in my collection with sandalwood but I love Sarah Horowitz’s Hereafter.
