Can you help me out? What's this sub about?

I met a Marxist on reddit today. Not an anti-fascist, not a leftist, not a liberal. A Marxist. Who is either a shill for the CCP or just a fan of the CCP, but is evidently not Chinese, or at least does not understand Chinese.
I saw he (assuming gender but whatever) dropped a posted here. So I came here to examine and explore (and because I'm done looking at that post with the tits popping out of Christmas sweater with the google eyes on it).
