Can I please get to play the game?

This is getting ridiculous. Got some free time this week. Logged on Foxhole three times now. Every time the persistent warfare is unavailable. The Browse events is empty. I don't know what is going on but I didn't pay money just to enter the game and being told "Sorry but you can't play right now."
