Ok Fools paper vs. stub nib
Post Body

I started a letter on OK Fools paper with a 1.5 stub steel nib in an Opus88 Picnic. The ink is Pen House Kazahana.

I didn’t get very far writing before it stopped writing with a wet ink flow and with any consistency.

The valve is open to let ink flow. I don’t know the Kazahana ink to be dry.

I was able to write fine on Tomoe River paper 52gsm.

Does anyone have experience with Ok Fools paper? Or with the 1.5 steel stub nib?

UPDATE: I’ve written with gold nibs (EF and F) and no issues with ink flow. I also wrote with a gold zoom nib and not ink flow issues. And I wrote with a glass pen without issue.
