Ink Recommendations On The Following Criteria Please!
Post Body
Hey everyone,
I recently acquired my first fountain pen beyond the disposables (it's a Waterman), and have had fun using the ink cartridges. But they're just a little....lacking. So, I've decided to purchase a Waterman converter from Amazon and head into the wonderful world of bottled inks. I would like to hear your recommendations based on the following criteria I have:
- 1) A really nice deep blue or black (preference is blue; no sparkly or shiny inks please)
- 2) Something that is a reliable ink to use - I write a lot of essays and a lot of math
- 3) Something that doesn't smudge too easily (not too bothered about this unless it takes like five minutes to dry)
- 4) Something relatively inexpensive
Thanks!
