Brand New and confused!

I just bought my first ever fountain pin (Wing Sung 3003). I thought it came with ink but it didn't and now I don't knkw what to do. Is there a particular kind of ink it needs? How do I fill it? I basically just realized I know absolutely nothing about fountain pens. Any help would be appreciated.
