I think this is one of the most aptly named inks in the calendar so far. I love this color, love this shimmer, and it behaves really nicely. I’m just disappointed my gold marker wasn’t fine enough to give better definition to the moon phases at the top of my little artwork here, but maybe I can consider this as a sketch for a future project. :) I love anything space-related (I just got a new telescope, and am anxiously awaiting the skies to clear to use it!) so this ink, besides being gorgeous, makes me smile just to look at the name on the bottle. The wine is a nice Merlot and I’m enjoying it right now, woot woot! No nuts in the chocolate so not worth mentioning, ha. Speaking of space, can you believe the timing of that Stickii page???? It’s perfect. And I went whole hog on the Hobbii calendar and finished the project already. It’s a beanie in two strands of different color yarn, merino and a silk/mohair blend, and turned out pretty good… very soft, and moreover it fits (I admit here I was bad and didn’t do a gauge swatch). And it’s the perfect color to compliment this Kaweco AI Sport in rose gold with “nostalgic” silver clip. I got this pen as a Mother’s Day gift this past year and it’s since become one of my daily drivers. It writes well, is balanced pretty good for a pocket-sized pen and the finish is really pleasing to look at.
