Thinking of getting another VP and need advice regarding the nib size!

Hi everyone,

I fell in love with my VP I bought in the beginning of this year (despite being reluctant about them before as I'm a lefty, but they got me good). I'm thinking of getting another one for work (I have a Raden one now) - the red birch one looks amazing!

I'm thinking a bit about the nib size now - I like smaller nib sizes in general. My current VP has an F nib which I quite like, however, I thought about getting an M nib so it's not the same size.

Here are some nib sizes I usually use: - Sailor 21k MF (current daily driver, love it) - Sailor 14k F (this is the most feedback-y I want to go, it's not the optimal nib for lefties imo) - Pelikan 14k M (quite wet and already quite broad, like them for shimmer inks but definitely as thick as I'm comfortable to go) - Lamy F (comfortable on the daily) - Lamy M (not too different from the F, quite comfortable) - TWSBI F (like the feel and the line thickness) - Pilot 18k F (amazing feel, line a bit thin for multishading inks which I'm unfortunately a sucker for) - Namiki 18k M (fantastic nib, good thickness)

Any advice? I already looked at Goulet's nib nook but I can't decide... please send help lol

Edited to add: I'm a PhD student in particle physics. Most of my work involves programming and data analysis, so I take some notes regarding what I've worked on in a day, which jobs I submitted to the cluster, short calculations etc.. I also have a lot of meetings and organisational duties, so they need to be jotted down as well.
