I rewatched The Taking of Deborah Logan... And it still holds up to be great
Post Body

I watched this movie for the first time in 2016 back when I didn't used to watch that much horror and the impact of this movie motivated me to search and watch underrated and amazing horror movies and 7 years down the line, here we are...

The first thing that caught my eye back then and still impresses me today is the unique premise. I still haven't watched any other film with a premise similar to this movie and that proves how progressive it was back then. The acting was above average, though sometimes it borders on overacting and melodrama, but the actress playing the titular character steals the show, an amazing performance. And another thing that makes this movie a cult classic is that penultimate scene, a don't think I'll be able to forget that visual ever, what a scene. So if you've watched this movie already which I think majority of the people have, do rewatch it for nostalgia and revisiting a great movie but if you haven't watched it yet, do it ASAP. ASAP.
