FAMAR FELIN can now equip a red dot!

Sights line up good now, the rail is solid! I will just need to make the three piece version for the Ender users. Charging handle needs to be extended about half an inch so knuckles can clear the red dot. Red dot seems to be about 1/3 co-witness.
Now that sight height is set, I can add them to the standard FAMAR upper handguard. I just need to tweak the PG mounting screw holes, and finish the safety detents, and the update pack will be ready to sail!
