Where are my Vaults being saved? [Windows 10]

I went looking for my vault save files for the Windows 10 app version of FOS, but the only place I can find online are people listing it as being in C:\Users\MyUserName\My Documents\My Games\Fallout Shelter... but I don't have any sort of Fallout shelter folder in My Documents. I checked in all the other Users' My Documents folders (other users being 'Public' and 'Default'), but nothing there either. I have indeed run the game and saved. I do have "View Hidden Files" turned on.

So where are my save files??
