I bought the premium pass but now all a sudden, Xbox doesn't recognize that I have it

I've been playing since it was available for anyone who bought the premium pass. Wanted to jump on just now and it's telling Forza isn't out yet and now I can't play. Any idea what's going on? I gave them money for this, I shouldn't be denied something I paid for.
