[FH4] Error: Too many saves of this file type (Windows)

I just won a new car and I want to download a new tune for it. However I get this error: https://i.imgur.com/LX1tHGT.png
The only way I can see to delete existing tunes and designs is to go to individual cars and delete them, which seems VERY time consuming considering most of my cars only have one saved tune and one saved design.
