Happens for Horizon 3 aswell. minecraft launches. anybody have any idea what this is about? I own it in the store, says product installed and has a play button? I'm not reinstalling this 90GB game for testing. any help would be cool.

edit: ok so i found some dlc in the store i hadn't downloaded, windows driver gear and driver gear 3 or something. dowdloading those fixed it? i guess when it does the acquiring license thing fixes it?

EDIT 2: so new bandaid for this issue i've learned now. the issue is with windows or windows store itself. instead of uninstalling and reinstalling a dlc,app,ect if you go to services (a windows app) and find "Windows PushToInstall Service" and right click it and select "start" forza FM7 and FH3 will now launch. I have set the pushtoinstall service to start automatically but that doesn't fix it for some reason, i still have to start it when forza won't launch.
