I play on the highest difficulty and multiple times, the ai has literally had tried to pit me in a straight or cut the line on a curve? Also, the 6x tire wear is pissing me off. 4x would have been a lot better. My tires are rims by the end of the race. I do race aggressively, but I kinda have to because 1st and 2nd ai drivers are always driving like need for speed and taking corners at mach 1. Then somehow they magically start beating my twin turbo V8 on a straight, even though just laps before I was going at least 20mph faster by the braking zone.

So annoying. Are they trying to get players ready for online by making the every ai driver Lance stroll? (Besides the fast part)

God, I wish I could buy motorsport 7, but of course licensing issues, so nope. Can't buy it digital and can't get pre owned because I have a series 7.

Thinking about buying asseto corsa, would anyone recommend for a controller player? I like sim racing, I like driving clean and in fact, sometimes I'm too respectful. Now I have to play NASCAR with the ai just so I don't get lapped by ken miles in 1st place.
