Any good places for an introvert to sit and do homework/sketch?

I'm a big introvert, work remote, and am still kinda new to Fort Wayne (moved back from LA after 8 years)... but I'm trying to get out more and make friends (ideally mid-20s to 30s).
Are there any local bars/cafes/gamestores/studios where it wouldn't be out of place to sit with my sketchbook and just draw/socialize?
I only ask because a lot places I've found seem to be more "shop" and less "hangout".
