How do you create Port Forwards for PS4 for UPnP?

I have a 60D Fortigate.

I know that fortigates don't support UPnP right out of the box or from what i read they don't support at all. I currently have VIP for my PS4 for ports.

PS4_TCP_3074 0.0.0.0 --> 192.168.2.54 (TCP: 3074 --> 3074) wan1 1 PS4_UDP_2074 0.0.0.0 --> 192.168.2.54 (UDP: 2074 --> 2074) wan1 1 PS4_UDP_88 0.0.0.0 --> 192.168.2.54 (TCP: 88 --> 88)

However when I am trying to test in Call of Duty WWII it says that my NAT type is Modirate due to PS4 trying use port 3074 and its not resolving fully. I do see traffic on my WAN for port 3074.
