Then firing Binotto not guarantee stability because one groups wishes, at the already political Ferrari, were not met. If FV does come in I'm hoping his personality can help those against him at Ferrari warm up to him. At least for the first few weeks incharge

When you go off only results sure it looks bad to us. Problem is it seems like the bosses at Ferrari also look at only results. Going from 21 to 22 there have been a lot of positives. In the end the team should have a say to really and if the team at the track and the factory think Binotto is the one to lead then their opinion should matter the most. Hopefully we see changes in the strategy department with transparency of what is being done
