So basically they shouldn’t fire him but reassign him to the engine department. He doesn’t come off as a good manager specially with how things have run at Ferrari. He and his engineers built a superb car compared to 21 but they failed miserably in other departments. They need a strong leader like Wolff or Horner

Agreed but that's why I said compared to 21. Car development through a season is v important but that's when your man management skills come into play. Something I feel Binotto lacks severely. Which is why I feel he should be given a role in the factory itself. Obviously may not happen and he most probably will get fired outright if he is but still
