What were the warnings on Seb’s steering?

I have seen plenty of videos of what happened after the incident. But right before it, Seb’s engineer was telling him something about the warnings on his steering wheel and that they were right and he should do something about it? Does that explain why he lost focus or was it the brakes, tyres or engine overheating or some other component malfunctioning or in the wrong mode and cause him to oversteer. Does anybody know?
