[OT] Planning a Belgian Grand Prix trip, need advice!

Hey everyone. Hopefully this is a somewhat proper subreddit to post this in.

I will be travelling to Switzerland this coming May for a 12 month internship. With Spa being my favorite race track, and have never been to an F1 race, the Belgian GP is something I am definitely attending since I'm over in Europe.

My main concern is ticket availability and pricing. Unfortunately I have lots going on right now (financially) and wouldn't be able to purchase a ticket till May or even June. A quick glance over the F1 site and it seems general admission ticket for the whole weekend is reasonable for my budget range.

Another concern is travelling and staying in Belgium. Again price is something I have to consider. For people who have attended from foreign countries, what's the best solution for hotels?

Any information/tips will be helpful! Thanks guys :)
