Shinobi rework feedback so far

To be Fair i was expect a worse version of the First rework but thank god i was wrong, i really likes the New things such as iframes on Rolls and the nerfs were Fair in my opinion My only suggestions for him to be perfect is 120hp since he is now a melee character not the old annoying bug hitting from Far away and 32 damage in total for sickle rain a solid finisher. Ps: Sorry for the typos
