Fixing Sohei (buffs/nerfs)

alright so heres what i've thought of that would balance souhei out a bit, no speed ups or anything like that.
Light/heavy chain links
soft-feint GB from heavy finisher
Reduced range from dodge bash
wider hitboxes on side heavies, left heavy finsher (no bleed application on external).
light confirm from right heavy finisher (pin move, starter light so no pin into finisher light for 2 souls)
speed up chain zone, slightly.
Increase GB vulnerability on zone starter
add to or expand upon any if needed.
