ok before you immediately jump down my throat and crucify me, i'm thinking of a new set of gear stats that pairs up with this perk system. Stuff that doesn't influence your personal attack or defense but rather is strictly utility. no 90 damage attacks from a jacked attack stat and no <10 damage attacks from a jacked defense stat, what i'm proposing is a new list of gear stats that only influences how you interact with the enviornment and negation of enemy utility. Here's what i've thought of so far

Sprint speed: lets be honest it was one of the only stats people would run to run at the time with PK's making now shinobi's look slow. but the value of it coming to help your team would be amazing

Capture speed: it would essentially give everyone conquerer in a way but it wouldn't be as strong, essentially like the clever tactics perk but for everyeone.

Hyper armor defense: this would cap at 20% (overall) and function like the defense stat but not be as ridiculous. if you maxed out all gear items you would get an ok defense buff but only while you had hyper armor on, so if your character didn't have it then it would be a useless stat. but the characters that have juggernaut could stall like they used to again.

damage reduction negation: also capping at 20% overall this would make it so someone with last stand and bastion wouldn't be as tanky especially if they got revenge, yes it would be a counter to all the feats that give a rough 20% DR like juggernaut and new fury but once again if its not present it doesn't work and wouldn't work against the games natural damage reduction.

healing bonus: this one is straightforward it would increase the healing gained from all sources so you could heal from 1 - full on a point in say 7 seconds as opposed to 10, it wouldn't influence healing from cleanses as those are crazy as is

Perk compensation: doing this correctly would allow you to have 3 gear perks of any 3 instead of 2 of the first four and then one of the other 3

Example being on nobushi you could normally only get two of either radiant rebound, remedy feline agility or supersonic and then would have to choose between rising dawn, clever tactics and rapid refresh, this would would enable you to pick any 3. so on nobushi you could run clever tactics, riding dawn and rapid refresh all at once.

let me know what you think of these and if there is a variable gear stat set we could bring in that wouldn't drive us back to getting punished for a full healthbar by one person.
