Chapter 3 Story Mode Bug pls help

Hello so for some reason the whole 3rd chapter in the story mode which is the Samurai chapter is completely locked & I can't play it. I have beaten the 2 previous chapters on easy difficulty as well as normal, hard difficulty, & Realistic difficulty. I have all the observables & breakable for each of the missions as well & it still will not allow me to play the third chapter. If anybody knows a way to fix this issue please let me know ASAP. I am currently playing on PlayStation.
