Account Synching?

I'm a returning player now, used to play all the time on Xbox but slowly fell out of touch with the game. Now I have a powerful gaming PC and I wanted to get back into For Honor. I had tonnes of hours on console and had loads of cosmetics. Losing them isn't the end of the world, but there were some that I really liked and would like to get back if I can. Does anyone know if there's a way I can synch my Xbox account with my Ubisoft account or my Steam account? Is it even possible?
