Hello! Minty Marketing Solutions LTD is a London-based marketing firm that specializes in providing crypto/nft projects with all-around marketing and management services. We have in-house employees who are assigned to our current clients on a monthly basis to perform a variety of functions, such as community management, social media management, content creation, and more.

Currently, we are looking for people to join our Sales Team. This role is a part-time/flexible role as we do not strictly track hours, but focus primarily on outputs. The job entails scouting for NFT discords, joining the server, and pitching our product to the owners of the Discord. Our compensation is $200 a month and a 10% commission on every sale. For example, our lowest package is $1,500. If you secure this deal, then a commission of $150 will go to you. Bonus and incentives will be given as well to high-performers.

Must Haves:

• Able to converse naturally in English
• Previous experience specifically in cold emailing/messaging (whether in a sales role or for personal freelance pitching)
• A working Discord account willing to join up to 50 servers
• Able to receive payments via Paypal or Crypto (USDT)
• Knowledge of how to use Google Sheets
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and grit

Preferred but not necessary

• General knowledge surrounding the life cycle/phases of launching an NFT project (if none, feel free to mention this so I can give you a quick rundown)
