The title pretty much says it all. We prefer a female designer, however that's by no means a rule. The only requirement is that the design be appealing to women, feminine, beautiful, adorable (not childish adorable; adult adorable).
The design is only 4 pages (home, flowers, about, contact). No coding necessary; your deliverable is just a photoshop PSD.

- Your portfolio.
- Your hourly rate.
- A rough estimate for the full project.
- Your location (I don't need your address, just your closest major city).
