I have extensive experience in customer service based roles for over 15 years.

Having initially started in retail, I quickly developed an extensive range of skills that enabled me to provide the best service to my customers. These skills were transferable over to the Financial Services Industry, where my main employment is based.

I am technically proficient and I'm familiar with most customer service technologies, including email, online chat, and telephone services. My personal goal is to put the customer at the heart of what I do.
