We're looking for a part time technical project manager for roughly 10-15 hours per week of work.

Primary responsibilities:

• Organizing tasks and projects daily
• Doing short daily catchups with staff members to align and plan
• Being CC'd or BCC'd on a ton of emails and being able to discern, record, and plan for action items
• Occasionally dial into calls and clients and take notes
• Light support work for staff and clients (looking things up, configuring customer settings, etc)

Requirements:

• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong verbal English skills
• Need to be available for 1 hour in the morning, daily, eastern time
• Highly responsive via email during normal business hours
• Comfortable editing HTML (things like email templates and basic markup, links and images, etc)
• Able to learn and retain new software easily
• Highly diligent
• Familiarity with digital and influencer marketing a plus.

Pay range is around $25/hr depending on experience.
