Fast trustworthy 1.9 swap threads? Full boost 1.9 threads?

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a 1.9 thread in Brisgard that is fast and trustworthy outside of a guild thread? Potentially a thread where high level Arc players don't mind applying their full boost.
My guild over the past few months has been slowing down, and sometimes my GB's sit for awhile. my guild also is mainly high level players, so they don't post their GB's often so my FP bar fills quickly without having a place to invest.
Any help is appreciated!
